Dear group leader,

We are currently in the process of introducing a new facility booking system called “PPMS” at MPI-CBG. Some of our facilities and services are already in PPMS (for current status please check here:

In the new booking system, we need to re-enter all existing users and create new user profiles, groups and financial accounts for all our facility & services users. For that purpose, we need your assistance in providing us with a few details by answering the following questions. By doing so, you give your consent to store your data in our IT systems and any information submitted to us will be used only for the purposes of booking and invoicing our facilities & services.

Please note the following rules relevant to PPMS:

  • each group needs a group PI/Director with a unique e-mail address
  • any user can be made a group manager (has the rights to modify group information or membership)
  • any user can be made an account manager (has the rights to view or modify financial account information)
  • users may have multiple financial accounts, the default will be that of the group
  • Invoices will be issued on a periodic (quaterly) basis.
